Pevensey, Pevensey Bay, Westham and Stone Cross are all in our core zone, so there is no travel surcharge and the minimum job value is £25.
Exposed coastal properties
Properties along the Bay take the full force of onshore weather, and salt spray dulls glass quickly even when it has not rained. A four-weekly round is usually the sensible choice this close to the shingle; slightly inland at Westham and Stone Cross, eight-weekly is normally plenty.
Pure water, no ladders
We use de-ionised water through telescopic poles, so upstairs windows, dormers and conservatory glass are all reached from the ground. Frames, sills and doors are included every visit.
Gutters and exterior cleaning
We clear gutters with a Gutter-Vac and camera inspection, which matters on exposed properties where debris and moss build up faster, and we also clean fascias, soffits, conservatory roofs and driveways.
